The Certified Refurbished Video Doorbell Pro is a refurbished, tested, and certified device that looks and functions like new, backed by the same limited warranty as a new product. This 1080p HD video doorbell allows you to see, hear, and communicate with visitors from your phone, tablet, or select Echo device. It includes privacy features, such as customizable privacy zones and audio privacy, to focus only on what's relevant to you.

With the ability to customize motion zones, you'll receive notifications whenever motion is detected. The Live View feature enables you to check in on your home anytime through the Ring app. Setting up the Ring Video Doorbell Pro is straightforward - simply connect it to your Wi-Fi via the Ring app and mount it in your desired location.

The device connects to existing doorbell wiring for constant power, requiring a transformer (not included) with specifications of 16-24VAC, 40VA max, and 50/60Hz. Halogen or garden lighting transformers, as well as DC transformers or power supplies, are not compatible.

With a Ring Protect Plan subscription (sold separately), you can record all your videos, review missed events for up to 60 days, and share videos and photos. The integration with Alexa allows you to hear announcements on your compatible Echo device when your doorbell is pressed and view a live feed from your camera if you have an Echo device with a screen. You can also communicate with visitors by saying "Alexa, talk to the front door."
